We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful barndominium cabin in the Smoky Mountains! It was perfect for our large family. Very homey, private, and surrounded by peaceful, gorgeous land. There was so much to do for all ages: indoor games like foosball, pool, and shuffleboard, plus an outdoor pickleball court that even the kids loved, and a fantastic bonfire area we enjoyed every night. The host was outstanding! quick to communicate, very helpful, and provided clear instructions that made everything easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again.

The Smoky Mtn. Barndominium was amazing—rustic but very well-kept. We did miss out on grilling because the propane tanks were empty, and we did not realize until we needed them (our fault, as Landon did tell us ahead of time if needed gas to let him know). Other than that, the family had an amazing time this New Year's!
Landon is a great host; everything was simple and in place. Communication was efficient, and he had it dialed down in advance, making it very easy.
One recommendation to future guests:, the road to the property is winding, and the access driveways within the property are steep and narrow. An AWD vehicle is probably the best bet to access the property in case there is snow or icy roads on the weather horizon. We were lucky it did not rain or snow during our visit.
We thank Landon for everything. Keep it up & hope many other families enjoy it and make nice memories as we did.

Landon and the team were great! Highly responsive. They warn you before you get there that you won't have cell service going up the mountain, but I would also advise that you screenshot the internet password before you go! We forgot. However, the property was clean, well-stocked, and suited our needs wonderfully. Our group loved the hot tub and thought the pool was so cool! Landon also helped one of our kids get an item they left behind back and was very kind!

Me and some of my friends took a trip to the Smokey’s and stayed here and we were amazed and how nice this place was, landon was amazing and answering questions I had for him. We got there and we couldn’t figure out how to open the cover on the pool and I called Landon and he coached me through it and we got to go swimming in no time. I would gladly stay here again there was so many cool things to do and keep us entertained we never got bored at all such as the pool, hot tub, fire place, pool table, we didn’t use the pickle ball court but that’s something else. If you are questioning staying here, don’t because you will love it like it’s your own home.

We had a wonderful time at the Barndominium! We had 5 families / couples drive in from 4 different states for a small family reunion. Everything was just as described and was perfect for our group. The pool was actually even nicer than we thought it would be. The house was well equipped with lots of space. The pickleball courts were awesome! The kids loved the pool table, shuffleboard, cornhole, etc. The land is gorgeous and has a very secluded, private feel with beautiful views. We made great use of the firepit.When we had minor hiccups (air conditioning had briefly frozen up, had a question about the pool) the property manager replied promptly and in a friendly way. Checkout instructions were simple.Tips for summer guests: there were some bugs (not mosquitos, something else very tiny) so bring bug spray. The property did not have pool toys so bring floaties if you like those and maybe some folding lawn chairs etc to hang out on the pool deck, which is more spacious than the photos had looked. If you plan on lots of pickleball, bring a fan to keep the shed cool. There is just one fridge so bring coolers if you have a lot of people. You can buy firewood and ice down in Wears Valley at places where you can pay with venmo (wood) or a credit card (ice). We had a fun time rafting at River Rat too.The carpet in the house could probably do with a refresh soon but in general everything was very nice with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, etc. We would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing time with my family at the Smokey Mountains Barndominium home. We enjoyed everything they had to offer. Landon was very responsive and helpful. Spent some good time at the pool, the fireplace and playing pickle ball although lighting in the pickle ball court would be great. Beautiful place of course the only downfall is the water but my sister stayed at another home down the street and had the same water issue. But overall we enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend the cleaning crew leave enough toiletries trash bags, toilet paper etc but I communicated with Landon and he resolved the issue immediately. Thank you so much!!

We had our annual “guys trip” at Landon’s spot in Pigeon Forge and it was an awesome experience. The property had pickleball, a hot tub, spacious front yard, and an unbelievable pool. Definitely one of the top places to stay in the smokies!

This is a great space for a large group! We had 14 kids, and they loved roaming around outside, playing pickleball, and making smores at the firepit. Despite our large group, it didn't feel cramped--plenty of space to spread out! It does feel well loved--stains on the carpet, a hole or two in the drywall, but this didn't deter our fun.

Our youth group stayed here for a youth conference. This space was perfect for us and beautiful! There was a lot for the kids to do, and plenty of space to stretch out. the kids especially loved bean bag alley! The host was very responsive and helpful and friendly. The reviews that talk about the water stinking-- it's well water and tastes fine, good and safe to drink. We enjoyed our stay ❤️

Smoky Mountain Barndominium is a great place From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded my expectations. We had a good stay with all my friends.The property was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail.Every aspect of the home was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Main attraction is Hot Tub and Pickle ball court. Me and My friends had a wonderful time at pickle ball court. Host Landon was so friendly. Communication with the host was easy. response is so quick. Landon’s airbnb was a perfect choice for our friend group’s annual cabin weekend. It was huge with plenty of sleeping and hang out space for all 16 of us. The views are beautiful in the morning and the location is very private. We were able to doordash any necessities (extra toilet paper, paper towels, lighter fluid, drinks) so it is relatively easy for drivers to find. The boys loved the grill- I would recommend bringing a few extra kitchen supplies if you have a group of 16 or more for cooking (tongs, cooking trays, tin foil). We played a pickleball tournament on the court in the garage and it was so much fun! There are no lights in there so we used it during the day and opened the garage door for lighting. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this airbnb to anybody going to Gatlinburg

Had a great time at the Barndomium. It was just like the pictures. Loved the pool and fireplace area, and always felt like there was something to do with place having shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables. Also liked the privacy of the property. The pickleball court in the garage was fun as well but did wish there were lights inside. Overall really great experience.

Beautiful place! There were a few issues with the stove. Also the pool and hot tub needing to be shocked. Landon was made aware of these issues and immediately offered to have someone come out the same day. We declined as we had a day left but this was appreciated! Very responsive and helpful. Beautiful place😁. we had so much fun here! It is closer to stores than I thought. The pool was not efficiently clean at first however when I mentioned it to Landon he got someone there the next morning and we were so happy to be able to use it after it was cleaned. Honestly we would come here again with friends and family. So many games and fun available.
P.S. there’s no toaster but all other appliances are available.

Our family had a blast. The home was sooo beautiful and the surroundings were sooo peaceful. The home is huge and exactly what the pictures are showing. The pool is cool and very warm! It was nice going out and seeing the view from up in the air in the pool. Super unique. The host were super responsive and made our trip worth it in every way (thanks btw) loved the pickleball set up too. Def would come back and visit with more family bc the house accommodates plenty!!

Property was secluded and nobody else was around which was awesome to have privacy and a great spot! Even though the pool was closed it would’ve been an awesome experience, the fire pit was great for roasting marshmallows and hang out spot, the pickleball court was amazing, wish there were lights in there for at night but still awesome that it came with the property. Highly recommend staying at the Smokey Mountain Barndiminium!

From prior to booking until after leaving Landon communicated quickly and was always available. The listing is exactly as described and my family had an amazing time. My grandmother who is 83 was able to enjoy 5 generations on a first family vacation. The place exceeded our expectations and had plenty of room. The place itself is a little confusing on how to get to, but prior to arrival Landon gave clear and concise instructions. We got to see some things that will be available on the property soon so I know future guests will definitely enjoy themselves. All of the beds are super comfortable and the showers felt amazing. If you have a large group and need somewhere to stay try this place out. You won’t regret it.

What an AMAZING property! Plenty of room and activities, games and more provided by our host, Landon. The fire pit was outstanding, we had a lot of time just sitting around the fire and enjoying the beautiful Smoky Mountains! Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg great towns and very nearby.
Landon was proactive and very responsive in his communication and while the drive is fairly winding as you enter the mountains, his directions and guidance made it no problem to find the Barndominium!
We will definitely be looking to get back to the area and if we do will be in contact with him to stay again. Especially with the pool they are building!! Looks like an awesome way to spend a summer day with amazing views all around.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay at the Smoky Mountain Barndominium! The location was absolutely breathtaking. This was my first time to the Smoky Mountains and I can’t wait to go back. It was a great spot to unplug and just enjoy the nature and time with family. Just a short 20 min drive to do any activities you could imagine. There is no way you could be bored in this town! My favorite activities we did were the Ripley’s Aquarium and the Ole Smokey moonshine tasting. My parents went to the Titanic museum and had a blast as well. Highly recommend this area and this barndominium! Also can’t wait to see the new addition to the place!

What a wonderful place to spend a week. Absolute peace and tranquillity in a great location close to the town and the smoky mountains. The place itself has so much space and with 19 of us we never felt crowded or on top of each other with loads of things to entertain the kids. The house was a little tired in some places but generally of high quality and clean. would definitely recommend this place as a great place to stay with a big group and enjoy all the smoky mountains have to offer.

Wonderful stay we had 18 people with us and we were able to accommodate everyone! Big table for dinners and breakfast. Very private area. Very comfortable. The only thing I would say which isn’t bad is maybe a TV downstairs due to the fact we had my grandparents other then that. PERFECT 🫶🏼

This place is beautiful!!! Just like the pictures!!! The only thing was the first time going to place the roads are narrow please drive slow and you will be alright…and absolutely no cellphone signal but that allowed us to spend more family time!!!!

There were plenty of games to keep the younger ones in the group entertained and it has a big fire pit with lots of extra chairs to fit everyone around it so everyone could kick back and relax together. it was nice with a larger group to have plenty of parking and to not be right on top of neighbors like other cabins usually are. one of the rare trips where the young adults spent more time hanging out at "home" than out on the town. if we have another large family trip planned we would definitely stay again.

Very nice, secluded spot with a spacious living area. Fit our big family very well. We enjoyed all amenities! Only thing that differed from pictures is that I couldn’t find any board games and only one laundry soap pod was included. Not a big deal at all!!
I hope we can come visit here again.

We really loved our time at the Barndominium! It had plenty of space for the amount of people in our group to sleep, hang out, and eat. We took full advantage of the fire place and hot tub throughout our stay and everything worked well.
There was a surprise wind storm that knocked the power out for a few hours. It was inconvenient that there is no service at the house, as I had to drive in order to get service to call Landon about the power. But, Landon was very responsive and helpful, and we were able to get the backup generator working and the power back on after a few hours!

The place was huge and amazing. We all had a great experience. The only downside were the roads were very scary so if you aren’t used to mountains and steep roads be mindful. Overall, the place was gorgeous and very spacious and clean! I wish there was a possibility of later checkouts or early check-ins especially if you can only be there for a weekend. It was still great. Awesome experience.

Landon provided an outstanding location, just outside of town up in the mountains. Views of the area are amazing. Easy access to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Dollywood, the main strip, and Smoky Mountains National Park. Landon was responsive to all messages, house was well kept, pool table, shuffle board table, games and hot tub where all in great working order. Roads to the house are a bit narrow, but easy to navigate and the directions to the “guest gate” were easy to follow. Our entire family of 10 had lots of room to spread out and we enjoyed the large table for dinning and games, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, blender and two coffee pots, pans, pots and utensils are all provided and good quality.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Barndominium. It was private and secluded but just 15 minutes away from everything. Everyone commented on how cozy and comfortable it was. We were a group of 12 with some being individuals with intellectual differences and the place was perfect. Everyone had their own bed or room, space was amazing. If you needed to some time to yourself, you could find it. The young ladies stayed in the kids area and enjoyed their time and space. The young men were able to enjoy the pool tables as well as hanging out in the TV area. Our first night there the oven did not work and I contacted Landon and the next day he had a maintenance man over to fix the oven. I would recommend Barndominium to my family and friends.

This cabin was beyond what we had expected! The place is huge and accommodated all 16 of us comfortably except that there are only two bathrooms but we just had to take turns. No problems at all. The beds and huge beanbags were very comfortable. The decor was nice and the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Landon gave some great recommendations on what to do and gave us clear instructions; however, we still got a little lost on the way there. It was super dark and foggy when we got there so drive slowly and carefully. Would totally recommend to others!

One of the best vacations we’ve ever had! We met the property manager who was very prompt in solving the slight plumbing issue. The Barndominium was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of comfy seating. There were only 2 televisions in the entire dwelling and no cell service which allowed a disconnect from social media for a bit. The only downfall was there were only 2 bathrooms but we made it with no problems. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We will be back!!

My, oh my… the Smoky Barndominium was absolutely perfect for our group of 16 (a baseball team and dads)!
The decor was stunning - a perfect mix of modern mountain cabin country farmhouse chic.
Our group consisted of a few dads and a bunch of 12-13 year old boys, and this property met all of our needs for our weekend stay. Plenty of beds for our group. Some kiddos chose to sleep in extra large beanbags as opposed to sharing a king or queen bed, and we also brought air mattresses knowing some kiddos may want them in the bunk room (and there may have already been an air mattress supplied as well). This place had it all.
The kitchen and dining area were perfect for a large group to eat and congregate. Loved the long table. Plenty of other areas to eat as well (bar stools and other table).
It’s great to have such an open floorplan but yet such distinguished areas to hangout… beanbag alley and watch TV… shoot pool (with a beautiful view)… play sliders (shuffleboard) and fooseball… hang out and play cards in games in a couple other areas… just chat in the main living area… or play and watch another TV in the bunk room!
And that doesn’t include hanging outside - which was the biggest treat of all for our group! First, plenty of parking for a large group (we only had 4 vehicles). When you first arrive, there is a large paved/parking area but also large enough to play ‘whatever’ in. Then, when you pull to ‘the front’ of the barn, there is a large grassy area with firepit. The firepit area is large and we definitely utilized it (may need to grab some good firewood from town), and the FLAT grassy areas were perfect for cornhole and family football games, etc. and trust me, you don’t find flat outdoor properties like this in the mountains very often. They had more land to explore as well - able to walk down to pond and field. A very secluded feel. And the front/side porch has fun lighting and a hot tub to enjoy! Perfect way to end a day. Definitely felt like you’re ‘in’ the mountains and if you walk up the driveway (the way you drove in), you can find gorgeous views of the Smokies!
The drive to the Barndominium was ‘quite a ride’. The roads definitely get narrow and steep at times - but we’ll worthy the adventure! Much easier in daylight!
The foliage was still beautiful in late October.
Also to note, you feel like your ‘forever’ away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge - when in reality you’re about 15-20 minutes from it all. Literally, took as 18 minutes to get to the Ripken Experience ballparks.
Oh, and by the way, our 13U team went 5-0 and won our tournament!
Would definitely recommend staying here!

As for the house, you’ll enjoy being surrounded by trees on a property that includes a tranquil pond, hot tub, yard games and, best of all, peace and quiet. It’s a perfect “Basecamp” for exploring the Smokies and Pigeon Forge OR just stay on the property for a restful recharge around the campfire. We had such a wonderful stay at the Barndominium. It was beautiful, well-appointed and spacious enough for our large party to fit comfortably yet still cozy. The children and teenagers in the group really enjoyed all of the games and activities that were provided. On the last night we had a wonderful bonfire outside with the fire pit - roasting marshmallows and making s'mores. The property is beautiful with plenty to explore if you like walking or hiking outside, while being convenient to Gatlinburg and Sevierville if you want to do touristy (Website hidden by Airbnb) aware that the drive up the mountain is steep with lots of curvy roads so be extra careful on the roads in and out. There was plenty of parking for our vehicles. I have already recommended it to some others who are looking to vacation in Pigeon Forge. We had so much fun! This is one of the most memorable family trips we have been on. Landon was a great host with quick communication. Thank you so much for making this place available to us.

Everything about this BEAST of a barn house was wonderful! My family of four all loved it. It was perfectly clean, all bath and bed linens were fresh and cozy. We played all the games and activities, my son lived in the bunk bed room.
Fully stocked with anything you would need from kitchen, laundry room, bath room. They went above and beyond!
made a bonfire ,used hot tub, didnt have a chance to use grill but wished we would've had the time to. The grill is new and clean .
Everything was brand new. Most importantly, it was EXACTLY as advertised! True and honest to its listing. We were sad to leave but will definitely rent again.
