Loved our stayed. House was nice. Kids loved the pool. And the area we were in was perfect for the race we were attending. The house has everything and more that you would need. But most of all the host was amazing and very helpful. Would stay again anytime.

The vibe of the Tiki Tide Villa was amazing. Great outdoor hanging poolside, nice gathering around the firepit, and my boys loved the giant chessboard & corn hole. The arcade games & card table were enjoyed as well! The beds were comfy, everything inside was super clean, and the garage was stocked with extra fridge & beach supplies. All 10 of us enjoyed the space and never felt crowded. A lot of fun was had & we will certainly rent again for our next family vacation.

Beautiful home!!!!! Everything was great! Lots to do, the video games were a huge hit with our family! The comfort of the house both inside and out was awesome! We had a great stay here! The location was awesome—just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach, which made it really easy for our family to get back and forth. The house was super kid-friendly too, with lots of games to keep them busy.Only downside was the pool heater didn’t work, which was a bit of a bummer since we were hoping to use the pool more. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was well stocked with towels, wash cloths, soaps and everything you need in the kitchen! The kids played in the game room every night. Mom and Dad soaked up the comfort and relaxed on the massive cozy couch. Enjoyed the outdoor spaces and beautiful heated pool. There were extra blankets and easy access to Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Publix and restaurants! Thank you all so much. We felt right at home.

Tiki Tide villa was wonderful for our family visit to Sarasota. Landon was great with communication, the house was perfect and just like the pictures but even better. Very clean and organized. The location was also perfect just a short ride to everything you want to do restaurants, beach, UTC, harbor. I highly recommend it and would love to stay there again. Very fun and clean house equipped with video games, pool, fire pit and outside and inside dining areas. It’s right behind the priceless spring training which is also cool. I wish the pool had been heated since despite it being 70 degrees outside during the day it was too cold to swim. Also 2 bathrooms for 8 beds was ok.

We had a great experience; this house is amazing and super comfortable, nice bedrooms and with a lot of things to do. The kitchen is very well equipped and plenty games around the house for the kids have fun. The pool area is perfect with also great space around with furniture for relaxing and enjoy a BBQ. The location is excellent with a short distance driving to the beach or downtown. I will be more than happy to come back in the future. Thank you!

This house is just beautiful, I honestly fell in love especially with the outdoor area, seriously, it’s such a vibe! We were a group of 10 people and the house fit everyone perfectly. The sofa is huge, the bathrooms are great, and the kitchen was one of my favorite parts (I love cooking and it had everything I needed!).
Inside, they even have lots of board games, and outside there are so many little things to do and enjoy together. It’s definitely the kind of place that makes a trip unforgettable, especially if you’re with family or friends.
On top of that, the hosts were amazing. We had some car trouble at checkout and they were super kind and understanding. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I can’t wait to come back!

Tiki Villa ended up being the perfect spot for my family to stay. The layout of the home gave us enough space to spread out while keeping everybody close enough to stay engaged. There were tons of activities for both kids and adults, not to mention the great set up in the backyard with the tiki hut, pool, and oversized chessboard.The location was perfect for what we were looking to do which was visit some family in the local area. It afforded us quick access to Saint Armands Circle as well as the local beaches. There are plenty of restaurant options as well as shopping in the area, basically all the convenience you could want.The host was quick to respond when we had inquiries prior to our trip, leading up to arrival, and during our stay. We would highly recommend booking Tiki Villa for your next vacation in Sarasota.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. We appreciated how responsive Landon was whenever we had any questions about the property or house rules. It is a beautifully secluded location surrounded by large trees at the end of a cul-de-sac. The pool and game room were a lot of fun and we enjoyed relaxing and staying cool in the heat. The house has large living spaces inside and out. The pool is a good size and the back yard has lots of seating and space. Just over the fence in the backyard is the Orioles Spring Training facility and Stadium. It would be a great home for any Orioles fan during Spring Training. The beds are super comfy too!

House was really great! Exactly as described! Back yard was so fun! So much room, very well equipped!
Downtown was 8 min away, beaches were 15 min. Everything was great with our stay! Perfect for a large group! Lots of toys, games, cards for kids and families who want to just relax!
So fun! Highly recommend!
