This location is everything. Landon was a wonderful host, very responsive. He warned about noise since the place is in the middle of downtown. He provided a noise machine and it truly helped. It’s a beautiful, clean and well furnished loft. This was a five-star stay! Thank you Landon!

We had an issue with the code not working upon arrival but they were fast to respond and gave me another code and I was able to change batteries and all was well. Place was comfortable and clean and a great location . As others have said there was a significant amount of noise later into the night ( I’m guessing from the restaurant underneath) , but having lived in LA for years it did not bother us and we turned on the sound machine to drown it out. We couldn’t get the internet to work but I had a hotspot so wasn’t a big deal and they said they would check it out for next guest. Def will book again.

Perfect location in the heart of downtown Greenville! Due to the location being right downtown, it can be noisy, but there's a sound machine, which drowns everything out! This was the 2nd time we've stayed here, and it was perfect once again!

This is the perfect location for walking distance to pretty much anything downtown. Lots of restaurants, bars, breweries and coffee shops.
Only downside is that it does get loud on the weekends when crowds are at a peak. Woke up in the middle of the night to the commotion from the outside but was able to get back to sleep without issues.

I really loved this spot- could not be more centrally located and comfortable. Maybe the best coffee in town is right across the street so that’s a bonus! Due to the downtown setting there’s some noise in the evening, but a white noise machine is provided and it wasn’t an issue for me. I look forward to staying here again!

Enjoyed the stay! Hard to beat the location. The bed was very comfortable. Noises at night don’t bother my wife and I, so there was no issue, but if you are the kind of person who likes a very quiet environment for sleeping, this probably isn’t the place for you.

Landon was a great host and extremely responsive. The loft was perfect for a short remote work period and getaway for two people. Check in and check out were easy, and the location was right in the heart of the city, so very walkable. Only piece of feedback was the low water pressure in the shower. As others have mentioned, the location can be noisy, being above a restaurant in the busy downtown area. Coming from an apartment in a major city, this wasn't too much of a bother for us, but could be to other travelers. (On the plus side, it smells like bacon in the morning from the restaurant below :) )

Very cozy getaway. Loved the gas fireplace and furniture. We found it to be quite noisy due to being over a burger joint, but the noise tapered after 9:00 pm after they closed. We were able to find free street parking everyday. Early everymorning, they empty the dumpsters and can get quite loud. Great tv,s etc. overall, a great stay.

Amazing location !
It's amazing to open your door and be in plain view of central downtown Greenville on Coffee and Main Street. You would never know there's a loft on a second floor of a restaurant. Inside, a very cozy place with ample size living room, a fireplace, a full kitchen and adequate bedroom and bath space. If you're going to be out and about in the city, it's a great location to walk to Falls on the Ready (about 0.5 miles) and/or all of the great restaurants and shops downtown GVL has to offer.

This used to be my hometown so I knew exactly where this location was. There could not be more perfect location to stay when visiting beautiful downtown Greenville, South Carolina! TRIO LOFT. This is a remarkable spot, very private, well cared for, very accommodating for our brief visit. Even though it is just above an active restaurant, noise was never a problem.
GREENVILLE. My wife and I came to visit our son and his family in Mauldin, but chose a downtown BNB because we had heard so much about how beautiful and walk-able downtown Greenville is. That was all true. In addition, we found ourselves in the middle of a festival and, although we didn't have the time to join in, we could see a lot of happy people all along the streets (just a half-block from Trio).
SUPPORT. Landon's team had an immediate response (I mean, within 3 minutes) to the only problem we encountered, which was getting the electronic door lock to work. Everything was smooth after that, but just to make sure, Landon messaged us the first day and the next. It was reassuring to know that he was there, just off stage so to say, if anything else had required attention.

We had a great stay and everything was clean and well stocked. The interior is really nice and matches Trio's look and feel, so Trio Loft is a good name. We used to live in Greenville and now we visit every year and love downtown, so this was a great spot for being on Main St and going to the restaurants. Downtown can be noisy and there is a bar next door, I would not describe this as a quiet getaway. It's not bad during the week but on weekends there is a party outside. But the interior is large and comfortable, with a large TV and high ceilings, and having Coffee Underground across the street made life pretty easy. I would say that this is a great base for couples planning date nights and people who want to be downtown, maybe perfect. It is in the heart of downtown and luxurious, and as an Airbnb it was great with everything we needed and good hosts.

Landon's loft was great. Great location, great amenities, great street view and great burgers at Windy City Burgers directly under the loft. Wish I had time to go to Trio the Italian restaurant next door, but there's always next time and the Sticky Fingers we had was pretty good. I would definitely recommend this loft and would definitely stay here again.

The night noise wasn’t that bad, especially with the sound machine
I do feel the shower has room for some extra cleaning..
maybe a good power wash.

Landon's place was fantastic. Really enjoyed the vibe. The brick walls in the living area are really cool. The location can't be beat. In the heart of downtown. Walkable to all the major sites, restaurants and attractions within an easy and enjoyable 15 minute walk max. The place had everything you would need. Host included a sound machine which was great and needed! The only caveat I would have is if you are a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. Several bars very close and its VERY loud at 2am. The sound machine helps a lot and frankly its a downtown rental so you need to expect that but the trade off of convenience and proximity was worth it to us. However if you have trouble sleeping because of noise, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Landon was a great host and was super responsive to our one or two questions.. I would highly recommend his place for your next stay in Greenville.

LOVED the space…great location! Street noises were there….didnt really bother me. The noise that was a little annoying is what sounded like construction happening in the restaurant below me. You can’t help that and honestly even with the noise I would still stay there again. I loved popping out on the street and everything I could want was there. Free “block party” with music one block away every Thursday and Friday. Amazing Saturday farmers market that was three blocks long….packed with good vendors. Bars and restaurants galore. I stayed by myself and felt completely safe in the space and area. Landon was great, always answered quickly and even reached out to check and see if I had any needs. The stay was great. It’s truly a great location and the space itself was perfect!

The Trio Loft was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay during her dance competition weekend. It allowed us privacy you can't get in a hotel, but it was convenient and a quick, beautiful walk to the venue she was competing at. The sign for the loft is a little hard to see when you're first trying to find it - if you don't know much about downtown Greenville, but once we found it, everything was great (Right next to Windy City Burger). The Loft was clean and simply decorated in a way that made it feel like a home. We would recommend this loft to anyone, and we will definitely stay again! Thank you Landon and Trio Loft for helping make our weekend away so great!

We loved our stay! This loft was right in the middle of downtown. We parked at the parking deck and didn’t pick our car up until we checked out 3 days later. It was within comfortable walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shops, and green space downtown Greenville has to offer. On this block alone there was 8 places to eat/drink. The space was immaculately clean and well appointed for my husband and me. The host was proactive in reaching out to provide information and personal recommendations before check in. The check in/out was a breeze and the only thing they asked was that we strip the sheets at check out. One thing to note that I don’t feel detracts from the rating to due the city location, but I feel future renters should be aware of: you can hear A LOT of outside/city noise from both the living area and bedroom. We could hear street traffic, music from across the street, as well as conversations and noise from the dough mixer from the burger joint under the loft.

Landon’s place is a really cool spot right in the heart of Greenville. The space is beautiful and has great amenities. The location is amazing - just steps away from all the restaurants and shops - but tucked away on a side street. No need to worry about street noise because the airbnb has a sound machine in the bedroom that drowns it out. There’s a parking garage within walking distance that’s very convenient. We loved our stay at Landon’s airbnb and would highly recommend staying there.

This is the perfect spot if you’re looking to explore downtown Greenville. We were in for a concert at Bon Secours Arena and it was an easy walk there and back. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Will definitely be looking to stay again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful place right by everything Greenville has to offer. Landon was responsive and we had a great trip. The only thing I would mention is what makes this place so perfect is it’s location, but you are right by bars and restaurants so it can get a little noisy on the weekends. For us, the noise was well worth the location.

We loved our stay here! It was super easy to park, get in, and relax. We loved the convenience of being able to walk downtown. The place was the perfect size to enjoy a peaceful weekend and the fire and blankets made it super cozy on a cold weekend. We also loved the echo show screen with local recommendations. Location, Location, Location!!! What a great place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Greenville! We never moved our car the entire 3 day stay. The apartment is so comfortable and cozy. We will definitely return to Trio Loft, hopefully sooner rather than later!
Also, there were lots of complaints on previous reviews about the street noise…yes there was street noise, as to be expected in the middle of downtown, but there is a sound machine provided and we had no issues once when we turned it on for sleeping

Great location to stay while in Greenville. You able to step out the front door and be in the heart of Greenville proper immediately. Gear coffee, food and short walk the the falls. That being said you can def here the “sounds of life” while in the apartment. We didn’t find it annoying though. The place was clean with a great information inside. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful gem in the middle of downtown Greenville! The location was excellent, the house had anything you could need, and the bed (and bedding) was so comfortable, I had to know the mattress brand! Haha!

Great little apartment steps from Main street. Big living area open to a small kitchen. I cooked a full meal each day with no trouble and it was very comfortable . The queen bed was fine for just me and I imagine a 2nd person.
I stay in GVL once per month and from now on I’ll check the availability of this apt first. Pretty cool flat.

The Trio Loft was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Located in the middle of downtown and very walkable distances to everything! The space is very clean, easy to access and park at, and is very unique giving you that city loft feel. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This place is awesome! Right in downtown and next to everything. Exactly what you would want in a downtown loft space. I would image the place was remodeled within the last few years and had new appliances as well. I would love to come back and stay longer.
