This home was great for our family of 3! Very close to a park for shaded walks and a playground. A quiet neighborhood in the evenings. Just a short drive to the beach and many restaurants. Plenty of space in the home!

This house was amazing for our family for spring break! The pool was fantastic and the house was exactly as pictured. We were close to the beaches as well as a lot of great restaurants. We used the bikes to go for ice cream and played tennis down the street. We would definitely stay again!

House is cozy and beautiful! Backyard with the salt water pool is amazing!!! The lanai was so nice, we enjoyed our coffee out there every morning! This property is in a great location, right between siesta key and lido key.
Had a slight issue getting inside the house because the battery’s to the keypad had died, Landon fixed this for us IMMEDIATELY! We got inside with the spare key within minutes!
Thanks so much for the fantastic stay, would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home! Open space in family area and large walk-in closet to hang and store extras to keep rooms looking less cluttered. The pool and patio area was absolutely beautiful and perfect to come back and relax on after a long day at the beach. Plenty of CLEAN towels for our stay. We utilized the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella the host so graciously provided. The location is perfect! 15-20 minutes to beaches/attractions. We preferred Lido beach! Another thing that was really great about this host was they provided a user guide with all the information you needed for your stay. It was very helpful and user friendly. Not having to search through check in details to find the wi-fi password or door code was very convenient. Highly recommend asking the locals where to eat we discovered some great hidden gems! Highly recommend you try Owen’s Fish Camp for a fresh catch of the day.

We loved our stay here in this beautiful home. Nice furniture, beautiful backyard, fully stocked kitchen, clean, comfy beds, great linens, and wonderful idea to provide ebikes(they were a hit) I have nothing bad to say about this Airbnb. Very well maintained. It shows that host cares about the comfort and satisfaction of guests. Can’t wait to jump in the pool again!! Stop looking and book here!!! Beaches are about 15 min drive away and totally worth it😁😀😃

We had an amazing stay at Waldemere House. The home itself was everything we needed and more for our family vacation; I'd say the pictures were not just accurate, but it was even better in person. Our host Landon was super communicative and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed and anticipating our needs before anything came up. If I had anything to offer for improvement, might be to just have a bit more shade available in the backyard, or perhaps a turf/grassy area as the pavers do get super hot in the summer sun (but nothing a pair of flip flops wouldn't remedy). Couldn't beat location either... it was minutes from everywhere we wanted to visit, but felt like we were in our own secluded area away from everything all at the same time. We would certainly stay again!

A nice place for our family’s first time visiting Siesta Key beach. The home was spacious and just as depicted in the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful which we enjoyed. Unfortunately, immediately after arriving we noticed the dishwasher was not working. Although it wasn’t a huge deal, it’s definitely inconvenient while on vacation with two kids. There were also two electric bicycles available for use with a bike trailer. The bike trailer had a flat tire - appears the tire needs to be replaced. I think it would have been helpful if these things would have been checked prior to our stay so that we were aware. Otherwise, the stay went well and we enjoyed our time at Siesta Key Beach. Would definitely recommend and would return for our next trip.

We absolutely loved our stay—this was by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in, which made it instantly comfortable and relaxing. The home is beautifully maintained with thoughtful touches throughout.
A few suggestions: the pool could use some shade, as the water gets quite warm during the day (almost like a hot tub!). Also, child-safe locks on the exterior doors would be a great addition, especially with the pool and nearby road in mind. For sleeping comfort, heavier curtains in the bedroom or an option to turn off the pool lights at night would help with better rest.
The shampoo and conditioner provided were the best we’ve ever used—a small touch that made a big impression. The dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay, but we’re confident the hosts would’ve addressed it if we had reached out.
Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d happily return!

Landon's house was a great place to stay during our time in Sarasota! It was an easy drive to the downtown area and beaches, and we also enjoyed playing at the nearby park and playground. The house itself is really comfortable and perfect for a family. We loved sitting on the screened-in back porch and watching the birds in the morning.

We especially loved the patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine. The beds were super comfortable and the six of us were all very pleased with our accommodations. Thank you for providing the helpful lists of grocery stores and other convenient locations in the area. Loved Detweilers for fresh produce! Waldemere House is a lovely home and we found it to be just as advertised. The home was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and the beds. Communication with the owner prior to and during our stay was excellent. The property is conveniently located to many of the main attractions in the area and there is a park within walking distance that offers an outside gym and a nice walking/running path. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this property.

Our stay exceeded expectations! This is a WONDERFUL home; great location, well stocked, and beautifully furnished. Landon was a responsive and helpful host. We couldn't ask for a better stay! We spent the majority of our days exploring nearby beaches. With this location, there are many beaches to choose from. The heated pool across the street is mainly a lap pool but welcomes kids after 11am and we enjoyed the 88 degree water a few afternoons. Plenty of coffee and ice cream shops within 1-2 miles.

Our family of 6 felt very comfortable and at home in this house! It is also so close to some great beaches, our personal favorite being Lido beach. My husband loves Amish food and there’s an Amish community practically around the corner with great food options. We enjoyed pulling out the corn hole game provided and playing in the backyard during the day and gathering around the table for inside games in the evening.
The host was super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend this home!

I can't say enough about how pristinely clean the entire place was when we arrived. Even at the screened-in porch area, the patio floor was spotless. Very comfortable beds with fresh linens. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had loads of clean tupperware for us to use during our stay. The open floor plan with high ceilings made it enjoyable to hang out with our group of friends. We were four adults traveling to the US Rowing nationals to support our teenage rowers and had lots of downtime at the house. There were plenty of comfortable break-out spaces for us adults to spread out and do remote work from our laptops.

For a girls weekend in Sarasota, we really appreciated this space. It had everything we needed, even down to the Tupperware the bringing snacks to the beach. We felt safe in the home and neighborhood and it was close to downtown and the beach. The hosts were very helpful and responsive when we booked their place last minute due to another cancellation. Completely recommend!

Our stay was excellent, met our needs very well and exceeded expectations in surprising ways. Property is quite well situated, 15 mins from SarasotaBradenton Airport, and 15/20mins to Siesta Key Beach, with a full range of retail stores in every direction. Restaurants also all within 5-30mins , range from standard takeOut/fastFood, to the most gourmet dining experiences and a full and cultural diverse range in between. Whole Foods and Florida’s popular Publix Markets also within 10-15mins, as well as a few other local markets. The property itself was well lit at night, surrounded by friendly neighbors & families and felt safe, without exception. We would like to keep this find of a property as our own little secret. . . Hahahah. . . . But it definitely merits being shared and celebrated. Our must humble thanks, to a terrific Host, for a much needed, stressFree getAway. . . and, kudos for implementing a new and creative way to approach AirBnB rentals. Well done.
