I loved this place and will definitely book again soon. My only suggestion is to improve the internet connection, as it’s currently very weak. You may want to install Wi‑Fi extenders, especially for the basement, so the movie theater gets a strong signal. I had to use my hotspot, and the sound kept disconnecting. I work in IT, so if you get the extenders, I can fix it when I come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is beautiful, with open land and stunning mountain views all around. The house is spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a huge, well-equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances that made cooking easy.
The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions quickly and clearly, which made everything seamless. The hot tub was already warm and ready when we arrived, which was perfect after a long day.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the driveway was salted, so access was easy despite the winter weather. The highlight was the huge basement theater with plenty of seating, which made for amazing movie nights.
Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Our three generations shared a terrific Thanksgiving. The house is spacious with high ceilings and numerous rooms. It has a huge kitchen dining area plus a separate coffee room. There is a living room, a library, and downstairs is an entertainment room.
We enjoyed the pickle ball court and short hike across the nearest ridge and down to the shore at Walkers Lake. The hot tub and pool table were big hits..
There is a large kitchen refrigerator, another in the pantry, and a third on the basement level. There is a double gas oven and cook top in the kitchen and an electric oven and cook top on the basement level. The only negative and it was a big negative was the NON operational kitchen dishwasher. It should have been replaced or we should have been notified. We considered carrying dirty dishes to the basement dishwasher at the other end of the house. Fortunately found a store to purchase paper plates and plastic cutlery. We managed by hand washing everything upstairs.

The house looks exactly like the photos. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. The coffee bar was such a unique feature and pretty elaborate with the beans, grinder, etc. It looks like a cafe. Coffee is provided. Some of us sat at the tables, some on the deck with our morning coffee. The view of the fall foliage was spectacular and so peaceful. I imagine it would be amazing in the snow as well. The house was very clean. There are lots of blankets, pillows, and blow up mattresses, if needed. There are also the extras like shampoo, body wash and conditioner. We would definitely return.

This home was a delight to stay in: spotless, beautiful, and spacious. Our large group of family and friends enjoyed the many different spaces to sit, sleep, play games, shoot pool, and relax. The cafe room with the coffee maker (K-cup/carafe) and an espresso machine was a delight. There was even a fun play space for our little ones. The bathrooms were well-equipped, and the shampoo and conditioner were luxurious. The beds and linens were all high quality and comfortable. We all fit at the large table for meals, and the kitchen was the most well-stocked with appliances and utensils of any Airbnb we have been to. Having a separate kitchen and plenty of pantry space made it easy to store food and supplies. There were 3 refrigerators! The views from the many large windows are incredible, the grounds beautiful, and there is a walking path down to the lake and past a little pond with frogs and turtles. We also enjoyed roasting marshmallows around the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub.

This home exceeded our expectations! It matched the pictures exactly! It almost seemed to good to be true but it was for real. Our family stayed comfortably for Bucknell grad weekend and had a beautiful space to relax in and enjoy
All of the little things - towels, soap dispensers, bowls, mugs, etc were new, high quality and beautiful. I appreciated how CLEAN everything was!

Very clean and lots of room. Remote location but restaurants 20 minutes away. Host was very responsive to questions. No crazy rules and checking out was easy. Would stay here again.

Our family’s first Christmas vacation couldn’t have been more perfect, thanks to this incredible home and thoughtful host. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the festive Christmas decorations and cozy atmosphere. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen for our holiday meals to little details that showed the host’s care and attention. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always quick to respond and accommodate any requests. While the town is a bit far from major attractions, it didn’t impact our experience at all. Our goal was to relax, connect, and spend quality time together, and this home provided the ideal space to do just that. The open areas were perfect for family gatherings, while the layout still allowed for moments of peace and quiet when needed. The beautiful, scenic grounds added to the magic of our stay. A hallmark movie kind of house! The home was expensive, beautifully decorated, and cozy. The amenities were exceptional, the hot tub pristine (and wonderful to be in while snowing), plenty of books, games and kids toys around with fun nooks for the kids.
If I could give more than five stars I would! This is definitely a property NOT to pass up.

Love this home. very quiet. inside the home was beautiful. we were about 18 people and we all fit perfectly. they had a small room for toddlers with some toys which the kids also enjoyed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family. The kids had an incredible time indoors, putting away their phones to explore their surroundings. The place has an indescribable charm; each door leads to another room, creating a sense of togetherness despite our separate accommodations. Every room offers stunning views of the beautiful natural landscape.
The kitchen was lovely and well-equipped, though I would recommend bringing a decent blender, as that was the only item we found lacking. We brought our own food to cook, as everything is quite far away, but the kitchen had plenty of seasonings and essentials.
If you're looking for a family getaway to reconnect and escape technology, this is the perfect spot. While the Wi-Fi was strong, the kids were far more interested in exploring the outdoors. They hit the trails and returned with countless stories to share.
