We had a great stay at Landon’s place in Rebersburg! It was cozy and clean and the perfect size for our group of 6. One of the rooms has a crib and a rocking chair which was super helpful for my daughter and 11 month old granddaughter. It was decorated beautifully and had a cute area for kids to play. Definitely plan to stay again in the future!

Amazing getaway place, very private yet with access to the markets and stores just minutes away. Equipped in all the fun activities: hot tub, games, fire pit. Peaceful and relaxing. Cabin has everything that you could possibly need. And our host communicated with us throughout entire stay responding to messages, answering questions and directing us. Father and son trip for a Penn State home game. it's about 40 min to beaver stadium. the location was absolutely perfect for us. beautiful backdrop of the mountains from the back patio/ hot tub. tons of space out front in drive way. inside the home was just breathtaking. if your a fan of beautifully stained wood and rustic decor you will not be disappointed. we absolutely had an amazing time and we felt so at home. thank you for helping us make a great memory. 10/10

My husband told us that he wanted to "Wake up in a cabin on his 55th birthday". Landon's cabin was perfect in fulfilling this wish. Not only was the cabin beautiful, it was also peaceful and in a remote setting. We were able to unwind, play board games, soak in the hot tub, utilize the fire pit and enjoy each other and our adult children. The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and close enough to "civilization" to order from the local pizza parlor (Brother's Pizza), do a Wal-mart run and take a hike on the nearest hiking trail (Bear Run Trail). Landon was very responsive and responded within minutes to any questions we asked. We would not only stay here again but highly recommend it to anyone that needs a peaceful weekend get-away.

This was a perfect house for our weekend at Penn State. Just 30 easy minutes to campus and the surrounding area was beautiful. The town was just about 8 minutes away and had a great brewpub/restaurant. Landon was extremely responsive and provided very clever info about the house and surrounding area. The house was very spacious and had very comfortable beds and furnishings. We would definitely come back the next time we plan a trip to Happy Valley.

We LOVED our stay. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The area is incredibly beautiful and a much needed escape from NYC. In the mornings and early afternoons we had the privilege of drinking coffee and watching the neighbors horses from the backyard. The fireplace was perfect for smores too! The people in the area are very friendly too. Penns cave is not far from the home and it’s totally worth stopping by. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, this is it!

Stayed here with the crew for a week at Woodward and this place was PERFECT. Super clean, comfy, and had plenty of space for all of us to crash after long days at the park. Location is clutch — like 5 mins from the action, so we could skate all day and be back in time to chill.
Biggest win? The HOT TUB. After a day of bails and big tricks, soaking in that thing was a total reset. Fire pit out back made for solid hangouts too. Beds were comfy, WiFi was strong, and the host was a total legend — responsive, helpful, and even left us snacks and waters. 💯
If you're heading to Woodward with the crew, this is the spot. Book it, skate hard, soak harder. 🤘🛹🔥

This was exactly what my family was looking for in a vacation. A quiet, peaceful private location surrounded by nature. A small hiccup of no firewood when we arrived but Landon was quick to remedy that issue. The owner promptly arrived the next morning, my husband got to chat w/him and reported he was a very kind and welcoming. The owner even showed my spouse where to find more wood if we needed more. A nice surprise were horses coming to visit on the other side of the fence across the yard. Plenty of neat hidden gems to locate and explore.

The house was exactly as advertised and located in a beautifully peaceful area - perfect for our goal of disconnecting from city life and screen time. We got more disconnection than we bargained for when a neighborhood power outage left us completely off the grid, but it turned into a memorable experience!
The host was incredibly responsive and stayed available throughout the outage to help however they could. Fortunately, the weather was clear, so we were able to light a fire and still enjoy our time together. It actually enhanced the rustic, unplugged experience we were seeking.
Airbnb also handled the situation professionally, using their coverage to address the inconvenience, even though the power outage was completely beyond anyone's control.
I highly recommend this property, this responsive host, and appreciate how Airbnb knows how to take care of their customers

Wasson Woods did not disappoint during my trip. Myself and 3 friends planned an adventure riding trip in the area on our motorcycle’s. The house is in a beautiful location set back from a farm, just inside the tree line behind a couple large fields. It looks deceivingly small from the outside, but as soon as you step inside it is very open and inviting, tons of space for all 4 of us. Well decorated, with tons of natural light. Very cozy and relaxing vibe in every room. As far as amenities, the house was stocked with everything you would possibly need. Just purchase food and snacks for your trip and you’ll never have to leave. Everyone commented on how much they loved the house, the backyard, the front porch, the fire pit area. We would definitely stay again when planning another trip in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at Landon’s place! The property was clean, peaceful, and well-equipped—exactly what I needed for both staging and recovery after the Happy Valley Half Ironman. The location was quiet and scenic, and the home had everything I needed to feel comfortable.
Landon and the BNB Breeze team were incredibly responsive and proactive. From the detailed guidebook to the local recommendations, every step of the experience was smooth and well thought out. Communication was clear and consistent, and I felt well taken care of the entire time.

Fabulous stay for our three-generation Christmas gathering. The cabin is very comfortable, well-heated and with plenty of hot water so we didn't miss having a dishwasher. The house was perfect for a family with enough seclusion to feel relaxed and private. It really showed that Landon took great care to make sure the whole place was well stocked and equipped: from dishes and utensils to towels and blankets. Unlike some other airbnb's, there was no skimping on supplies - which shows great respect for paying guests. The location itself in wintertime is magical, with a nice fire pit and the view of horses and Amish buggies in the distance. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We rated this property a 5/5 due to its location, outdoor amenities, and comfort. The view is amazing. The cabin is setback from the road and borders a farm where cows and mules were out to graze throughout our stay. The firepit accommodates a large group and there is plenty of wood available on site. The backyard is big and was great for the kids to play soccer and set up a tent. A neighborhood dog visited each morning and we went wild for it. Inside the cabin is cozy, updated, and intentional. There is a lovely play area for the kids, the kitchen is stocked, and there was plenty of toiletrees on-site i.e. laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Also the cabin was free of a musty scent which was a welcome surprise. The hot tub was not working which was a disappoint for the adults (and a reason why we chose this location), but the property group acknowledged the loss and worked with us to compensate. Overall we had a great stay and would enjoy returning - especially if the hot tub is up and running!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy retreat far from the city. The ambiance was delightful, but we faced some issues with the wifi and hot tub. Fortunately, the host was incredibly responsive and promptly addressed our concerns, even providing a refund. Despite the glitches, their attentiveness made our experience positive. Prop mgmt responded quickly to all inquiries. House is ~200 yds from the main road, so road noise was minimal. We enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking the valley and main road from the back porch at sunrise/sunset. We appreciated the beds’ memory foam mattresses and abundant toiletries/kitchen accessories (e.g. toilet paper, aluminum foil, soap). The loft play area for the kids included a teepee, books, hammock chair, and craft materials (e.g. paper, crayons, markers). House was neat and clean upon arrival. Things to be aware of: -Bed-/bathroom “light filtering shades” are partly transparent, sheer curtains -House was warmer upstairs than downstairs, even when the heat was set low (e.g. 64 F). We did not test A/C. -Tablets are Amazon Fire tablets. -Wifi connection was sometimes spotty (host is working on fixing this). -Dryer didn’t work properly on the timed cycle, but it worked on other settings. -The water heats up quickly and gets very hot. -Guests in king bedroom can easily hear noises coming from most of the rest of the house due to how the king bedroom wall was designed with a small gap between the top of the wall and the ceiling nearest the main living room. -The trashcan outside the house we were instructed to place garbage bags into only held 2-3 bags and had no lid to keep out animals, which was a bit concerning (host is aware). Tips: Burkholder’s (groceries/gas) is ~8-10 min away. Mammy’s Donut Shop has amazing, fresh donuts! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great secluded house with beautiful farmland all around the property. It was a great house to catch up with some old friends from college. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the games that were inside. Definitely plan on returning in the future!

That was a great house and we had a fantastic stay. The house was located in a beautiful setting and the style of the home was amazing. The old country style was very nice. The house was also located on a quiet and peaceful road and had a nice campfire area outside. If we are ever back at this location we will be looking to stay here again.
