Water Access Retreat

I’d recommend this house for a family or anyone wanting a convenient location. We loved the kayak’s and little Sarasota bay being so convenient just down the street. P.s. Paddling to turtle beach is a challenge if you are not use to currents and depending on when you go. I’d say we are in great shape and I loved it! The house smelled of bleach (quickly faded) and fresh clean when we arrived and the furniture was clean, the beds were very comfortable and that’s always a concern for me (we actually liked it better than ours at home). I loved the neighbors chickens (can hear in the am little rooster sounds and a little outside during the day but very subtle). It’s a nice big yard and the hot tub we did not use but I did sit on the edge once and it was very clean and nice. I’d recommend in-house shoe slippers for being barefoot was not ideal in this house. The laminate floors and carpet just a personal preference to note. We’d stay here again. Landon was very responsive!

Our stay in Sarasota was absolutely incredible, and this Airbnb played a huge part in making it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. The space itself was beautifully maintained, with plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
The highlight, without a doubt, was the hot tub. It was spotless, easy to use, and the perfect way to end each evening—whether we were soaking under the stars or just enjoying some quiet downtime. It really elevated the entire experience and made the stay feel like a true getaway.
The location was also fantastic—close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful and private. The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable place in Sarasota with a little extra luxury, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visi

Very cute, clean house. The back yard is perfect with the hot tub and space for games if you’d like. The house was perfect for 4 adults, but also has nice extra space in the sunroom with a pullout couch. The only not so cool thing.. the washer and dryer is outside by the carport. Definitely still recommend

We stayed 3 nights in Landon’s place in Sarasota. The house was very clean upon arrival, decor was minimal and appropriate. The house is about 15 mins from siesta key and 20 mins from downtown Sarasota. Our Uber did have a little difficulty bc the area has no streetlights so it’s a little dark heading back but most Florida suburbs are.
There are ample towels and beach towels for our party (4 adults and a toddler) and the coffee in the kitchen was very appreciated. We did not utilize the kayaks or hot tub. If I could make one suggestion I would say the place could use one full length mirror!

We decided to take a gamble on this property due to it being brand new and having no reviews. What an incredible place! Traveling solo with my young son, safety and security is important, and this house is in an amazing location and I felt totally at ease. The beds were very comfortable, as well as the linens and towels. The kitchen is well stocked. We used the hot tub morning and night. It appears to be brand new. Everything is extremely clean. I am a frequent user of Airbnb, and this is one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed at. My family lives local to the area and we will be using this property again and again for ourselves and any guests that want to come visit.
