Landon was extremely responsive and helpful. We ran into a small problem and he immediately assisted. The home was beautiful and spotless. We can not say enough about the views and peacefulness of this home. My favorite feature was by far the dome! My s/o and I also went for a really nice walk down the lane and out to the street. With all the snow it was truly beautiful.

Our stay at the yurt in Reynoldsville, PA, was nothing short of magical! We felt like we were in a snowglobe all weekend, surrounded by winter’s serene beauty. The yurt itself was beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped, making it the perfect place to relax. We were thrilled to bring our dogs along, and we enjoyed scenic hikes through the snow-covered woods. Afterward, we soaked in the hot tub under the winter sky, which was a definite highlight.
Overall, we had an amazing time and have already recommended this peaceful escape to family and friends. We can’t wait to return for another cozy winter retreat!

We had never stayed in yurt before so that was nice to try. The place was very clean and cozy. The hot tub was great and the bed was SO comfy. And the view from our porch was beautiful. The thin walls did take some getting used to. People in the next yurt over sounded much closer than they were. Their music and late night conversations were hard to sleep through. And snow sliding off the roof sounded like an animal scratching. But all in all it was a good time and we had fun.

This Yurt is very easy to find. It was clean, and had everything we needed while staying there. Even with it being rainy, we had a great time :). We loved that Landon had unlimited wood for us to use. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the small trail we found to hike on. Also we loved that the place had many outlets to plug our electronics in and it was very warm staying there. the only thing we would recommend for this place is to somehow have a small table to put next to the bed and earlier checkin. Landon did help us with checkin when we got there. also have a guest book for us to write in and to see what other guests wrote :). We will def stay at this place again .:)

Our stay at the Starlit Haven Yurt was just what we needed for a peaceful and cozy holiday reprieve from the recent chaos of life. Unexpectedly, our Thanksgiving plans changed and we found ourselves "orphaned" for the holiday. I was thrilled to find the Yurt available and we stayed for several days over our long holiday break. It was just about perfect!! We visited one of the local trails Landon recommended in the guest guide - had a nice, long trail walk with our dog and came back to build a fire in the fire pit at dusk and enjoyed the hot tub in the snow!! I was surprised how warm the Yurt kept - we ended up having to turn the heat back (we like it a bit cooler while sleeping).
We had a minor issue with the television not working the first day we were there and Landon was very responsive to help resolve the issue.
Station 101 Pub in DuBois is our top local food recommendation!!
Our stay was wonderful and exactly what we needed for a cozy, quiet few days away. Thank you!!

This was a perfect getaway that was closer to home. The area where the "yurt town" as we named it, was set up very nicely and this unit has a little more privacy with a fence. The only thing, which was our own fault because we didn't ask, was there wasn't a freezer or oven. The hot tub was nice, could have been cleaned a little better, but worked great! Overall we enjoyed our relaxing stay. If you wanted to eat out or check things out, Landon provides lots of options and things to do. If you visit during warmer months, the creek is a nice addition too if you're looking for something to do. We'd go back!

Starlit Haven Yurt was an awesome place to stay over a gorgeous fall weekend. The yurt and grounds were very clean and organized. All basics provided (foil, saran wrap, coffee, variety of glassware, dishes, all utensils/tools, soaps, shampoos, sponges). After checking in on Friday we took in the splendor of the leaves and made a nice dinner of soup and grilled cheese using the provided pans and utensils. The fire pit was great to sit around in the evening and we built quite a large fire with the wood provided. Saturday morning we had reservations to a horseback trail ride near Cook State Forest. 45 min away from the yurt, but definitely worth it! On Saturday night, we used the Weber grill to prepare our entire meal of veggies and filets. The hot tub was very relaxing and kept it's heat going strong for a long time! We even had deer come up close to our balcony to check us out. All the yurts are spaced out so privacy isn't an issue. You can't really see the others from anywhere while on the patio, so nudity isn't a problem if it's your thing! The nights got a little chilly, but extra blankets were there and they were cozy and soft. The checkout process was quick and uncomplicated. Will be back! A few things that could be better: 1. It would be great if they provided a fly swatter. We had to use a dish towel to kill them. 2. It said towels were provided, but only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth was there. 3. The hot tub was VERY chlorinated! 4. No ice or freezer!

Wow! We had an awesome stay at the yurt; even as it rained all weekend! First, the yurt is just as pictured and described. It’s in a very remote location. The driveway and parking area are easily traversed. The road leading there, however, is dirt. (Head’s up! It got super muddy during our stay.) The yurt is lovely. It is very clean and comfy. The view is incredible. We loved every aspect of our stay.

We loved the place! It was exactly what we wanted, and then some! Landon was very professional and quick to respond. The place was clean, views were beautiful, and we think our dog loved it more than us. We will most definitely be back, maybe even in the fall when the leaves change. (The outside pictures don't do it justice, like I said the trees, and views, were incredible.

My family and little dog stayed at the Starlit Haven for 3 nights. Highlights included: The most comfortable chairs on the deck to curl up and read a book or watch the sun set. As long as the skies are clear, the sunset is completely visible from the deck every night! Swings hang below the deck and I loved to look at the stars from there. I enjoyed watching the wild Turkeys and a sweet fawn passing through each evening. The hot tub was completely private, clean, and ready to go. Privacy from the other Yurts. They are nearby, but it didn’t feel like it. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. This was hands down the nicest Airbnb experience I have had so far. If you get the chance check out the private creek. It’s charming and beautiful and again- completely private. We enjoyed going to Scotties Donuts about 20 mins away, Canoed in Cook Forest, and ultimately just enjoying the scenery from the Yurt. Thanks to Landon for the wonderful stay. We will be back.

The yurt was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The privacy was terrific. The hot tub and fire pit area was awesome. My only issue was that were spending "2" nights (this is not an inexpensive stay) but really it was 42 hours. Check is wasn't until 4 PM and check out was at 10 AM. I asked for a few hour extension but was not granted it.
Other that that, perfect place to spend a few days.

I wish I could've stayed longer. Everything was TOP TIER, The view of the sunset over the hills was like something from a Hallmark movie. The loft was fun but definitely not for bigger adults lol. The place was spotless and everything was accessible. I can't wait to book again

One of the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. I really love the design of the home and also the quietness. The experience is way better than what I expected especially for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. From the really good looking exterior to the barbecue to the fire pit also the well equipped home and jacuzzi. We really had an amazing time. The house is really good also to provide travel ideas in the area which we had fun visiting the elk viewing Center and rainbow trout fishing. I think I would definitely come back again.
