Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Sarasota! The property was exactly as described…….spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Landon was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with close proximity to the beach, local attractions, and great restaurants. The kids loved the board games, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio in the evenings. We felt right at home and will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Sarasota. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at this house twice. We were visiting Sarasota for regional and National regatta. The house is about a 13 minute drive to Nathan Benderson park and is also located close to the beach and shopping. We found this to be the perfect location. The house best suits a family of four. The house was very clean upon arrival. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed it for. I would have loved a second TV, my 14 year old doesn’t always want to watch the same thing as us. Otherwise the place was great and comfortable. Bonus, the beds were so comfortable, and they provided hangers extra bonus. Clean and had everything we needed. ? Landon was quick to respond. And very accommodating.

Landon’s place was perfect! My family and 2 kids felt like we were at home away from home. The house is very cute, clean, confortable, spacious and the huge enclosed terrace and patio is a plus. We will be definitely visiting back soon!

I was in Sarasota for my younger sisters memorial service. Landon could not have been nicer or make me feel more welcome in his home. The home itself was adorable and had all the necessary amenities there to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend Landon and his home to anybody who is visiting Sarasota.

We chose this property because we would be traveling with a pet. However, it was a great choice even if we were not. The home was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The screened patio was huge, and my favorite aspect. The yard was shady, and the neighborhood was quiet except for one afternoon in which we could hear live music. It wasn't long and not into the night. If traveling with a pet, please make sure to note that the VRBO price does not include the pet fee. That is separate.

Landon was a great host. Afterdune was the perfect place for our stay in Sarasota. The house was cozy and warm, in a quiet neighborhood and close to several places to eat and shop. The beds were comfy and the backyard was big and private. I would stay here again!

Our stay at Afterdune Delight was peaceful and convenient. The house was clean and ready to be used when we arrived from a long travel day. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning breakfast. All amenities were as described in the posting.

Small and cute place to stay. It was clean and stocked with the essentials. Neighborhood was safe and quite. The toilet in the laundry room was broken when we arrived Thankfully, my husband is a plumber and purchased a part and fixed it. Suggestion would be to purchase a chest dresser of drawers for master bedroom since there wasn't one. Also, a mirror on the back door of the master bedroom. It was a nice stay.

Landon is amazing. My youngest child left a favorite stuffed animal and Landon helped arrange getting it back. House is very cute. We wish we were able to bring our dog. He would of loved it. House had beach chairs and umbrellas. We weren't missing anything. Great stay.

We were at Landon’s place for a 2 week family vacation. The house is well furnished. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and you could even bake something. The grill is a great addition we used a lot. And the beds are amazing. I am used to having a back ache when I sleep somewhere else but this mattress was better for my back then the one we have at home. The porch is awesome.! We spent a lot of time out there. Very nice place !

This place & area is beautiful! We felt right at home, my boys loved the lanai and spent most of their days there. Kitchen was equipped for home meals and plenty places to choose from when I didn’t feel like cooking. The beaches are to die far, in all will be returning in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfectly clean and cozy. We stayed for 2 weeks and had everything we needed to be comfortable in the home. Loved sleeping in a king size bed. I also have back problems and the bed was actually perfect for me, supportive, yet soft. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and safe and a great location for us since we were working near downtown. Loved it and we will definitely be back!

This was a great place to stay while visiting Sarasota for a youth crew regatta at Nathan Benderson Park. Half the nightly price of many of the local hotels, in a nice neighborhood, convenient to Nathan Benderson and the University Town Center, as well as St. Armand’s Circle. The listing was perfectly described. The house was clean, everything was labeled and marked, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The house is clean. Fully equipped kitchen and smart tv for family. We played corn hole and had meals in the backyard. Very pet friendly although we had no pets. Plenty of drawer storage and closet space for guests. It was a plus there was beach chair and umbrella for guests. Many restaurants and groceries nearby. Will definitely return for another trip. Being outdoor people, the lanai was exactly what we hoped for. We were able to entertain all of our Sarasota friends and family. It was nice having the grill, games and a nice fenced yard. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. No disappointments.

a couple things to note, the bed was very firm and the water pressure in the shower was really low. not a huge deal for me, but some people really care about that so I thought I would mention it.

Would highly recommend this property. Very clean,, great location and it has everything you need. We enjoyed going to watch our hometown team the Orioles play. We also went out on a fishing excursion and enjoyed the local folks.

This property was great for our stay in Sarasota. It is centrally located with an easy 15 minute drive to the waterfront. Very pet friendly with a large, private, fenced backyard with two fabulous live oaks. The back porch included a "dog door". Be sure to check out Owens Fish Camp. The hour or so wait is worth it.

Awesome place to stay and Landon is a wonderful host. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. I liked the nice little touches of beach chairs and ice chest and beach towels. We lived on the beautiful back porch overlooking a large backyard with 2 big oak trees that my dog loved. The kitchen was fully stocked, unlike some places I've been, and the cabinets and drawers were all labeled to make it easy to find everything. We had no difficulty entering and Landon checked in with us to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. While in town we went to Lido Beach, Anna Maria Island, kayaked at Ted Sperling park through the mangroves, and went to "The Three Musketeers" at Asolo Theater, where my actor son was a musketeer. Would love to stay at Landon's place again. Overall, a wonderful experience at the house and a lot of cool things to do in the area.

Lovely airbnb! We stayed for 2 weeks and greatly enjoyed it. It was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything what we needed. The host went extra mile to provide shampoos, body washes, laundry detergent and small snacks. Most airbnbs don't provide those items. Our dog had lots of fun running around in the backyard. Close to downtown and beaches. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable memory foam mattresses on all beds and premium sheets. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom with the everything we needed, including nice towels and soap products! Landon was very prompt in communicating. Felt safe & comfortable, like we were at home. Would definitely rent again!

A perfect stay!
My boyfriend, dog and I had such a comfortable stay. Landon is a great host that communicates very quickly, has everything in the house labeled, and provides almost everything you would need! Landon also provided us with a list of suggestions for things to do around the area, such as good restaurants and night life activities, which was really helpful! The house was clean and in a good location. The beach was only 20 minutes away, as well as the house being close to some really good restaurants and grocery stores. My dog loved the huge fenced in the backyard, which was well-kept and clean. Overall it was a great stay and we look forward to staying again in the future!

This place was the saving grace of my nightmare vacation! I’ll spare the details but let’s just say that not all Airbnb’s are this immaculate. Landon was able to accommodate us right away when I had messaged him at 7pm on a Friday night. He was very friendly & had even checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. What else could we need though? Everything you could ever need for your vacation is there. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, beach chairs, umbrella, kids beach toys, a pack & play, even the cook-wear was top notch. All of the small details were thought of, including labels on the drawers & cabinets. There was also laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner available. The house was beautifully decorated & was very cozy. The screened in lanai was great for our 18 month old daughter to run around & play without the worry of her getting bit by fire ants outside. This home is in a great location & the yard was large & has 2 beautiful old Fl trees in the backyard. I wish that we could’ve stayed here the whole week while we were on vacation, & we will definitely be back!

This was an incredible Airbnb! I would highly recommend. It is in a very convenient location. Everything that was recommended for us to check out (we have friends and family who live in the area and travel there frequently) was within 20 minutes! Multiple beaches nearby. Target. Publix. It was decorated so well and so cozy. A blanket everywhere you needed one. Ac worked great which is incredibly important in Florida lol. Everything (soaps & detergents) was uniform as it would be in a hotel which I really loved. It added a sense of cleanliness. Very kid friendly (there was a pack and play which was a HUGE plus for us.) There were little dog beds as well, which even though we didn’t have our dog and he’s far too large to fit anyways, made me smile and wish we brought our dog. Amazing yard for it too. Hats off to these hosts. If there was a tv show that rated airbnbs I’d put them on it.
