We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! The Bay Runner is a new, open-air trolley that provides complimentary service seven days a week, until midnight, with multiple stops along the way between Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota!

We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint. Sarasota has been voted one of the cleanest and greenest cities in the US! Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful Florida environment, and welcoming you to join us!
- This stay is central to beaches, restaurants, and shops! We encourage you to use our loved public transportation system to make traveling easy, and eco-friendly!
- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is turned facing the wall at this time so it does not video the pool area. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

7. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your vacation expectations are exceeded. Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response.

8. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Casa Del Mar!

Our family and friends came for the event and stayed at Landon's property for a couple of days. The property was beyond our expectations—beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was easy to find and conveniently surrounded by shops and restaurants, and very close to downtown and the beaches. The host was very responsive and friendly.
We had a wonderful time—and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing place we stayed. Great job, Landon, and thank you so much for running such a fantastic business!

If you are visiting Sarasota, this is the place to stay! It has all the comforts of home plus more! The beds are comfortable, the spaces are clean, the kitchen is a dream, and then there is the heated pool! The host was spectacular! We visited to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the host even had a cake, gift, and my husband’s favorite beer to help him celebrate! We cannot wait to come visit again!

The home is beautiful and modern, even better than the photos. The layout is ideal for multiple couples / family coming together. While the home is (mostly) all one level, every one had their privacy. The open kitchen, living, and outdoor lounge promote family time. We made several dinners and the kitchen was well equipped. The coffee and espresso were well appreciated!
The location is quiet but still connected to everything Sarasota offers. We enjoyed several restaurants and beaches, all within 20 mins. No issue getting deliveries.
Lastly. Landon was responsive and check in was easy. The home was spotless clean. We had more than enough paper products and soap that were provided at check in. Thank you for a great stay!

How do I thank you … let me count the ways! The house was ultra beautiful, the house had every amenity you could ever think of, the open floor plan worked perfectly for me, my husband, 3 sons and their little ones!
The yard worked out perfectly for soccer games among the toddler grandkids!
The weather cooperated for our fun in the sun beach day!

Stunning home with over the top amenities. 3 generation family of 8 (grandparents, parents and 3 kids under 6 from Colorado and son from Savannah) in town for my husband's dad's Memorial Service. This property was perfect for our quick trip. The location worked for us as it was centrally located to the Sarasota Airport, church services in Lakewood, & the memorial service at the Sarasota National Cemetery. The house was huge allowing the grandkids to run around & the front room acted as a playroom with plenty of toys, games and puzzles to keep them busy. There was also a pak n play & high chair that strapped to a chair for the 1 yr old. The kitchen had everything we could possibly imagine we would need & was beautiful. The pool & lanai were clean with comfortable seating, but isn't heated so we were unable to use it which disappointed the grandkids. The large swing in the huge private backyard made up for it & they spent hours using it. We would definitely rent again.

Landon was a great host! He was quick to respond and answered all of our questions. The home was so beautiful! The pictures do not do this home justice! All of the finishes in the home are gorgeous! Every space was organized and had plenty of room for all of our stuff. The home was spotless! Greatly appreciated how clean it was. Ample spots to hang out! If I dig real deep for anything to suggest, it would be a TV to be in every bedroom and the pool to be heated. My family loved it so much, we may have to plan another vacation to Sarasota just so we can stay in this home again!

I recently stayed at Landon’s place for a weekend getaway, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect.
What really made the stay special was the attention to detail. The host provided thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, and toiletries in case we forgot anything. The bed was super comfortable, and the space was peaceful, making it easy to relax.
Communication with the host was quick and easy. They were very accommodating with our check-in time and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area.
Overall, I would love to come back and stay here again because I absolutely fell In love with this place. When I say they have EVERYTHING YOU NEED! I MEAN LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I recommend this place 100%
